The Location
This cosy studio apartment overlooks Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous shopping streets in Milan. This area also has plenty of public transport links: only 200 metres away are the Loreto and Lima metro stations where you can ride the red M1 line to the Duomo. There are also a number of restaurants on your doorstep that offer anything from a delicious dinner to a tasty aperitif.

Kitchen and Living Space
This attic opens onto a large open-plan living space furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and an open wardrobe complete with modern drawers, shelves and a clothes rail. Besides this, there is also a small reclining armchair. To the left of the entrance is the open kitchen that comes equipped with all the necessary utensils; a small kitchen table divides the sleeping area from the living space. Being on the top floor and enjoying large windows, this whole studio is very well lit.

Bathroom
The bathroom is characterised by its light colours that contrast with the darkness of the parquet which is found throughout the entire apartment; there is also a washing machine and all the necessary sanitary facilities including a shower bath that is enclosed by glass doors.

You can rent this apartment from 12 up to a maximum of 18 months.

The price include:
– Check-in with one of our representatives or the owner of the apartment;
– Condo fees.

Amounts excluded from the price
– Agency fees.
– Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet);
– Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).

During your stay you can also choose our extra cleaning and maintenance services for a fee.

Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to three months rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don’t have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: http://bit.ly/fiscalcode).
