Cozy studio in Porta Romana

The entrance opens onto the apartment’s cozy living room, equipped with a sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed. On the colorful wall opposite, there is a flat-screen TV. From this room, you can access the balcony, which offers a view of the Madonnina atop the Milan Cathedral. Meanwhile, the kitchen, practical and suitable for preparing all kinds of meals, is equipped with all essential appliances. The bright bathroom is furnished with all necessary sanitary fittings and a convenient shower enclosure.

This apartment can be rented for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 18 months.

The price include:
– Check-in with one of our representatives or the owner of the apartment;
– Condo fees.

Amounts excluded from the price
– Agency fees.
– Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet);
– Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).

During your stay you can also choose our extra cleaning and maintenance services for a fee.

Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to three months rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don’t have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: http://bit.ly/fiscalcode).
