The area

This colourful one-bedroom apartment is located in the Cenisio area, not far from the metro of the same name (M5 lilla line), which connects the area to the city’s major points of interest. In addition, the constant presence of buses and trams within walking distance of the flat allows for fast and efficient movement. In the surrounding area there are several green areas, ideal for a walk alone or in company, or for outdoor sports. Also within walking distance of the flat is the famous Cimitero Monumentale, where some of the greatest historical figures, including Alessandro Manzoni, are buried.

Living room and kitchen The living area is filled with colourful design objects, which make the room cosy and modern. The living room consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, next to which is a pretty two-seater coffee table. At the foot of the sofa is a flat-screen television. In the room, there is also an open kitchen fully equipped with all major appliances, such as an oven, refrigerator and electric kettle. Bedroom and bathroom From the living area you reach the bedroom and bathroom. The former has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, also ideal for long stays, and a chest of drawers, above which is an additional flat-screen TV. The bathroom, on the other hand, is fully equipped with all necessary sanitary facilities and a shower cubicle.

It is possible to rent this flat for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 18 months.
