Description
You’re in a contemporary flat with one bedroom, located on the 1st floor of a refined ‘casa di ringhiera’ (with elevator), a peculiar house typical of Milan where the flats are accessed from long balconies overlooking the courtyard. The flat is within walking distance of Loreto metro station (red and green line, M1 and M2). In addition, the city centre is at hand, as well as the thriving Corso Buenos Aires, the beating heart of Milan’s shopping full of boutiques, restaurants and shops of the main brands. The neighbourhood also includes a vast array of restaurants and pizzerias; a supermarket is at 20 meters, moments from the flat.
Kitchen and living room
Guests are welcomed into the living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen provided with everything you need during your stay, such as dishwasher, fridge and freezer, state-of-the-art cooktop and microwave, plus plenty of cutlery and crockery.
Once stepped inside, you’ll notice the shining parquet (everywhere but in the kitchen and the bathroom). The air conditioned living room is also complete with a table and a TV set.
Since the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard, it’ll have a decidedly calming effect and help you relax.
Bedroom and bathroom
The hallway has doors off to living room and bedroom. The utility room is on the right and includes washing machine, drying rack and cleaning products.
The bedroom is provided with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a capacious closet. It also comes with air conditioning and plenty of lights, including the spotlights above the bed and a nice lamp on the nightstand. The room neutral base is punctuated by the rich floral frieze on the top of the bed.
The bathroom has a shower stall made of glass and steel and a heated towel rail.
